Simply put, CLS measures how much of a page move unexpectedly and how frequently. If a page moves too much or too frequently, users can get frustrated and leave the website. The pages should maintain a CLS of less than 0.1 to provide a good user experience or a minimum of 0.25 to avoid a “poor” score.
